Staff kind and courteous sometimes a case of too many cooks. One would say they are dealing with something never to be seen against of could happen with at least two more lack of chairs for visitors unable to find any at times.

Care was good and caring. They were short staffed last night, sun 10th December, and were down 2 members of staff so were under extreme pressure, but were still caring and professional. There is a patient on my ward with dementia and should be on dementia ward, but there is no room there. She was to have I to I care, bless her, so resourses down the. This hospital needs more beds and staff urgently it's clear that staff are doing the very best.

Very compassionate even under pressure.
Organised with obs and drugs rounds.
So kind to the old and infirm.
Really worked as a team and supported each other.
Sometimes handovers were a little light on information.
I don't think you could improve when you are so under pressure. I felt totally looked after and you were always in control. I felt safe and supported medically and emotionally and physically.

I am certain that the medical treatment is correct and I know the care that I have received is excellent.
Nothing is too much trouble for your staff even at the end of an eight/twelve hour shift.
I am in a way leaving sadly much as I wish to go home.

On arriving in ambulance in extreme pain was seen serait away with no waiting. Everybody was very attentive and made all sorts of test in very safe hands and reassured all staff very helpful and concern exposely Patrick the nurse and down the aux. All staff were kind and nothing was to much trouble. I think this in one of the best hospital in area. Thank you everybody.
